How will my order be shipped?

The DPD is used when sending your order. Within the Netherlands, delivery is usually within 2 to 3 working days. Due to crowds or other problems at the DPD, your order may be delayed, see the track & trace link of your order.

What are the shipping costs?

When placing an order that is sent with the DPD, shipping costs are charged. Within the Netherlands this is € 6.95. A different rate will be charged for shipments outside the Netherlands.

Can I track my order?

If your order is registered with the carrier, you will receive a track & trace via your specified email address. With this track & trace you can follow the shipment. Has your package been shipped, but you have not received track & trace? Please contact our customer service.

Pick up my order?

If you have chosen to pick up your order, you will receive a message in your specified email address when it is ready to be picked up. You can then pick up this order on working days between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm at our location in Hazerswoude-Dorp. Always take your pick-up message with you.

 

Returns

My order is not satisfactory, how can I return it?

Is your purchase not quite satisfactory? Then you can return it within 14 days. These 14 days start from the moment you receive the product. From a legal point of view, it is not required to provide a reason for the return, but we would appreciate this. You must register your return via your account or via our customer service. If the return notification has been approved, you will receive a message via your specified email address. You can then return the product to us. The product can only be returned unused and in original undamaged, unwritten packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are for your own account.

Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Software
  • Specials, products made especially for you.
  • Described or programmed components.

My order has arrived damaged / defective, how can I return it?

If you have received an item that is defective, damaged or incomplete, you can choose to return or replace the item free of charge. You can also do this via a return request.

Insufficient postage for returns?

If the return shipments are insufficiently stamped, we will charge you the remaining amount.

Returns not notified?

If your return is not registered, it will NOT be processed.

What about my shipping costs when returning?

If you return the complete order, you will receive the full purchase price including shipping costs. If you return part of your order, you will only receive the purchase amount for these specific items. So no shipping costs.

How long will it take for my payment to be refunded?

When we have received your return, we will process it as soon as possible. The amount will be refunded once the return check has been completed. This happens in any case within the legal 14 days after receipt. In most cases this is processed within a week.
