At KNXwarehouse.com, you can pay for your order directly online. We value easy and secure payments, so we offer a variety of payment methods. All transactions are processed safely through our payment partner MultiSafepay.

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cartes Bancaires (FR) or Dankort (DK). Your data is securely processed via MultiSafepay. We do not have access to your card details and do not store them. Payments are processed immediately so we can ship your order quickly.
MultiSafepay performs a verification to confirm that the card details match the billing address and cardholder. If these details do not match or the verification is unsuccessful, the payment will not be captured. In that case, the amount will remain temporarily reserved on your account. This reservation will be automatically released by your bank, usually within a few days and no later than 7 days.
Please note: Credit card payments are only possible for orders under €5000.

You can also pay in advance via a regular bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive the payment instructions via MultiSafepay. Once the amount has been transferred, your order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been received.

Once MultiSafepay has received the payment, it will be processed automatically in our system. Your order will then be updated to paid and you will be able to find the invoice in your account. Until then, the payment may still be displayed as unpaid.
