Art. No. 5385

Application

The KNX TP Push Button Interface 420 secure is a compact push button interface for the KNX bus. It serves as a binary input for connecting up to four conventional push buttons or potential-free contacts. Additionally, it offers two outputs for LED indication. A pluggable connection cable is included. Built-in buttons and LEDs allow easy testing of configuration.

Functions

  • 4 independent inputs for potential-free contacts (binary)
  • 2 outputs for LEDs (3.3 V⎓, internal resistor 2 kOhm)
  • Functions: switching, dimming, blind control, value transmitter, scene and color control, sequences
  • Each channel configurable individually
  • 10 logic or timer functions integrated
  • Flexible use of channels for multiple functions
  • Supports KNX Data Security

Technical Data

  • Power supply: via KNX bus, approx. 3 mA
  • Dimensions without KNX terminal: 40 × 40 × 11 mm
  • Height with KNX terminal: 22 mm
  • Connection cable: 150 mm, pluggable
  • Inputs: 4 binary inputs, SELV, max. cable length 1 m
  • Outputs: 2 LED outputs, 3.3 V⎓, not galvanically isolated
  • Controls: 4 test buttons, 6 green status LEDs
  • Programming: KNX programming button with red LED
  • Mounting: For dry indoor installations, suitable for standard PTM insets
  • Protection class: IP20 (according to EN 60529)
