The HM 12 T KNX is a powerful 12-channel heating actuator and controller with FIX2 terminals for controlling up to 12 thermal actuators (24–240 V AC) in heating and cooling systems. Ideal for large residential and commercial installations.

Due to the inrush behavior of thermal actuators, it is recommended not to exceed 3x1 thermal actuators at 24 V AC or 3x5 at 230 V AC per group.
