Application
The DME 2 T KNX from Theben is a 2-channel universal dimming extension module for the MIX2 system. It is designed for dimming a variety of lighting types including incandescent lamps, low and high voltage halogen lamps, dimmable LEDs, and compact fluorescent lamps. It is also suitable for controlling fans. When combined with a MIX2 base module, the system can be expanded up to 6 channels.

Important notes
- This is a dedicated extension module and only operates with a MIX2 base module such as the DMG 2 T KNX.
- A maximum of two extension modules can be connected to one MIX2 base module.
- The KNX bus module is removable, allowing replacement without reprogramming.
- Manual operation is possible even without KNX bus voltage.
Important note: This module must be used in combination with a MIX2 base module. The DME 2 T KNX does not function as a standalone device.
