This universal KNX dimmer with 4 channels of 300 W each supports both trailing edge (RC) and leading edge (L) control and features automatic load detection for optimal compatibility with LED, halogen, CFL and transformer-based loads. The four outputs can be used individually or paired (1+2 and 3+4) to achieve higher power levels up to 600 W per paired channel set.
The device automatically detects the load profile and adjusts the dimming curve accordingly to ensure stable, flicker-free operation. With support for both electronic and ferromagnetic transformers (RLC), this 4-channel dimmer is suitable for a wide range of lighting installations. Using the DimmerLoadTester software, peak currents and the maximum permissible number of connected lamps can be calculated precisely.
