Application
The theMura S180 KNX UP WH is a passive infrared (PIR) motion detector for flush wall mounting, specially developed for KNX building automation. The device offers a wide rectangular detection area, intelligent lighting and HVAC control, and advanced functionalities for both residential and commercial projects.

- Rectangular detection area of 170°, up to 14 x 17 m (238 m²) at 1.1 m mounting height.
- 1 channel for lighting control and 1 channel for HVAC (heating, cooling, ventilation).
- KNX Data Secure for secure communication within the KNX system.
- Switching function for lighting, dimmable with suitable actuators, with or without daylight influence.
- 3 logic channels (AND, OR, XOR) for flexible automation.
- Fully or semi-automatic operation possible via ETS setting.
- Integrated, freely programmable button (optionally deactivatable).
- Manual override possible via external KNX button.
- Targeted light measurement (mixed light measurement) for accurate light control.
- Teach-in function for automatic calibration of light threshold value.
- Blocking functions for temporary deactivation of the motion detector or HVAC channel.
- HVAC channel can operate independently of light threshold.
- Adjustable switch-on delay and follow-up time (light: 30 s – 60 min).
- Detection sensitivity is adjustable for optimal adaptation to the room.
- Extension of the detection area possible via Master/Slave or Master/Master parameter setting.
