Ceiling-mounted sensor for installation heights up to 4 m, featuring detection of light, temperature, humidity and sound, combined with presence, utilization (usage mapping) and occupancy (activity intensity) functions. Ideal for energy-efficient lighting and climate control in offices, hotels and commercial buildings.

Main Features

5 independently configurable presence channels (PIR) with/without light control; automatic or semi-automatic operation.
Virtual Holder Logic for accurate room recognition in hotel applications.
Circadian Rhythm: adjusts light level and color temperature according to predefined curves or real sun position.
Utilization: usage and status mapping (utilization index, % usage) for dashboards and analytics.
Occupancy: activity level detection for zone/room heatmap generation.
3 digital inputs (potential-free); 1 input configurable as analog for NTC temperature sensor.
Integrated 2-stage thermostat with PI controller for heating/cooling, 2-/4-pipe fan coils and valves.
12 logic blocks for threshold, logical and conditional/algebraic expressions; dew point and proportional control algorithms.

Important Note

Avoid direct sunlight or artificial light exposure on the sensor. Install on a stable surface, away from heat sources or moving objects within the detection field. Calibrate light measurement via ETS (indirect ceiling measurement). Consider obstacles such as walls, glass or furniture, as well as airflow that may cause false motion or blind areas. Sensitivity depends on the temperature difference between the environment and moving objects.
