What is BLE?
This version includes an integrated BLE beacon (Bluetooth Low Energy) that transmits at configurable intervals and signal strength. Compatible with iBeacon® and Eddystone®. Via a mobile app, smartphones/tablets can use the beacon signal for notifications, access and location logic, and room/zone management. BLE complements KNX and enables context-aware functions in applications such as hospitality and office environments.
Multifunctional KNX presence sensor for ceiling installation with integrated light, temperature, humidity and sound detection. Detects presence, space usage and activity (occupancy) and supports BLE beacon functionality for location-based and app-driven automation.

Important note
Light measurement is indirect due to ceiling position; calibration using a lux meter is recommended. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or artificial light on the sensor.
